The Foundation is contacted by Joanna St. John, who asks for help in investigating the death of her husband, Arthur Abrams, a prominent federal lawyer who was murdered in a shootout at the Mexican border. The only clue Joanna has is a note scrawled by Abrams: ‘Boca Culebra’ – Mouth of the Snake.
