'Deadly Knightshade' by Philip John Taylor

Pursuing the murderer of a Foundation trustee, Michael is astonished when his quarry apparently vanishes into thin air. Even more confusing is the fact that Michael’s prime suspect, stage magician ‘The Amazing Templeton’ was giving a performance at the time of the murder – and both Bonnie and RC3 were present in the audience. Concerned that Devon will be the next trustee to be targeted, Michael decides to investigate how a man can be in two places at once. Meanwhile, Bonnie falls under Templeton’s spell when she begins dating the magician…
