YOU CAN'T PROVE IT WON'T HAPPEN
While attending ‘Roboticon 3003’, the world's largest robot trade show, Professor Farnsworth buys one of the new ‘Robot 1-X’ models. Under threat of becoming obsolete, Bender returns to ‘MomCorp’ for an upgrade, but becomes scared of losing his “robo-humanity” when he sees the upgrade’s effect on other automatons. Deciding to run away, Bender eventually ends up as a castaway on a tropical island, where he meets a group of primitive robots, who enjoy a harmonious existence with nature. Bender builds himself a new wooden, steam-powered body and prepares for the simple life – but how will he cope without alcohol...?
