While on a delivery run, the ‘Planet Express’ crew is attacked by marauding space pirates. In desperation Leela, Fry and the gang fire missiles – unaware that Bender was asleep in one of the torpedo tubes. As Bender speeds off into space, he inadvertently picks up a number of microscopic life forms; they take up residence on his stomach, evolve into a civilisation and declare him their god. Unfortunately, Bender makes a very poor deity…
