When a Russian spy thought to have been long-dead suddenly reappears and threatens American security, Oscar turns to retired O.S.I. agent Terrence Quinn for help. Throughout his career, Quinn constantly came into conflict with the Soviet master of disguise; however, the American agent has grown bitter at having been forced to retire many years ago, and he only agrees to return to active duty on the proviso that it is for a full salary and a ten-year contract. Oscar is forced to concede to Quinn’s wishes, but insists that Jaime accompany him on his mission. But then Quinn uses chloroform to render Jaime unconscious, and promptly sets out to find his nemesis on his own…
