In World War II, during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour, Oscar's brother, Sam, was to have passed on $250,000 to a double agent on board the destroyer Henderson. However, before the exchange could be made Sam and the money went missing, and the Navy branded Sam a traitor and a thief. In the present day, the Henderson is in the process of being scrapped, when the salvage crew uncovers a skeleton inside a bulkhead – a skeleton wearing Sam Goldman’s dog-tags. Oscar sends Jaime to investigate; posing as a member of the salvage team she soon discovers an old bullet – meaning that a murder once took place on the ship…
