The Blackwood Team convene a top secret meeting to discuss the alien threat, inviting extraterrestrial experts from around the world to a secure location beneath Cheltenham Secondary School in Philadelphia. While Ironhorse and his soldiers take care of security, Harrison, Suzanne and Norton meet with representatives from Peru, Sri Lanka, Beijing, Africa, New Zealand and the USSR to determine a planetary strategy for combating the aliens. When the Triumvirate learn of the conference, they see a way to strike a devastating blow in the war against humanity by murdering the delegates, and immediately give the order to determine its location. Back at the summit, talks break down when the Peruvian expert is accused of faking his evidence; suspicion and paranoia quickly grow amongst the delegates – but could one of their number be an alien infiltrator…?
