Foster pursues him, and finds a dead man in a buggy and the unconscious form of Colonel Lake. When Straker is restrained, Foster discovers that he is in possession of a hypodermic syringe full of a dangerous drug. When Straker is brought before Henderson to explain, he tells an astonishing tale: after he and Colonel Lake were recently attacked by a U.F.O., they returned to the Harlington-Straker Studios only to discover that the studio staff and S.H.A.D.O. personnel were all apparently frozen in time. Then the two of them found themselves facing a traitor to S.H.A.D.O. and the threat of an imminent alien invasion&

Ed Bishop (Commander Ed Straker), Michael Billington (Colonel Paul Foster), Wanda Ventham (Colonel Virginia Lake), Dolores Mantez (Lt.
