But when he returns the young boy to his ex- wife Mary, he gets into an argument with her and is forced to leave before saying goodbye to John. The boy runs after him but is knocked down by a passing car and suffers critical injuries. Learning that the drug that can save his son s life is in New York, Straker assigns a S.H.A.D.O. Transporter to retrieve it. Meanwhile, a U.F.O pursues another alien craft into the Earth s atmosphere, leading Straker to face the toughest decision of his life when he realises that the Transporter is in the prime position to track an alien defector - but which will he choose: his son, or the safety of humanity?

Ed Bishop (Commander Ed Straker), George Sewell (Colonel Alec Freeman), Peter Gordeno (Captain Peter Carlin), Gabrielle Drake (Lt.
