Lady Penelope receives a visit from Warren Grafton, a businessman looking for investors for his monorail company. Suspicious of his motives, Penelope puts him in touch with Jeff Tracy, who decides to investigate Grafton's operations. After he boards the automated Pacific Atlantic monorail along with Brains and Tin-Tin, they soon find themselves in danger when the track collapses and the train goes out of control...
