Star Trek Cast

The U.S.S. Enterprise is sent to survey the planet Excalbia, an inhospitable world believed to be uninhabited. However, when the ship arrives in orbit around the lava-encrusted world, it is suddenly scanned by a powerful energy source emanating from the surface. The crew are then astonished to see Abraham Lincoln appear in space before them; when the American president respectfully requests to be beamed aboard, Kirk agrees, despite Doctor McCoy's objections. Lincoln invites Captain Kirk and Lieutenant Commander Spock to visit Excalbia; they accept, but when they beam down they encounter a rock-like creature named Yarnek who declares that they are to participate in a battle between good and evil, in order to teach the Excalbians about humanoid concepts. Fighting on the side of good are Kirk, Spock, Lincoln and Surak, founder of the present Vulcan culture. On the side of evil are Genghis Khan, Colonel Green, a vicious killer named Zora, and Kahless, father of the Klingon Empire. When the two Starfleet officers refuse to fight, Yarnek freezes the Enterprises's engines, starting a breakdown of the matte / /antimatter shielding. If Kirk does not win the battle, his ship will explode in four hours...
