Star Trek Cast

The U.S.S. Enterprise receives a distress call from a small planet; but when a landing party beams down to investigate, they are immediately captured by a group of agents from the Kelvan empire. The Kelvans originate from the distant galaxy of Andromeda, and their mission is to locate planets suitable for colonisation; however, their spaceship was destroyed, and they now plan to use the Enterprise to make the long journey back to their homeworld. In their natural state, the Kelvans are large, tentacled creatures, but they take on human form so that they can use the Federation starship. After making every attempt to escape from incarceration and free his vessel, Kirk is eventually forced to agree to the demands of the Kelvan leader, Rojan, and allows the aliens to take control of the Enterprise; because the voyage will take three-hundred years, the Kelvans then use their advanced technology to transform all but the essential crewmembers personnel into small 'cubes' which can be later restored into human beings. Now in their new human bodies, the Kelvans begin to experience human sensation and emotion; Kirk uses this to his advantage, and he and the remaining officers begin to create dissent amongst the hijackers; while Scotty attempts to get one of them drunk on whiskey, Doctor McCoy injects an irritant into another, while Kirk begins seducing Kelinda, Rojan’s mate...
