'Invasion of the Underdwellers' by J.C. Strong

Burglars strike Ape City, and valuable items are stolen from the Museum, the Archives, the Library and several homes. The culprits are mysterious, hooded figures – actually General Urko and his gorillas, who have disguised themselves as Underdwellers in the hope of framing them, so that Urko can then convince Doctor Zaius to declare war on them. The leader of the Underdwellers, Krador, turns to Jeff, Bill and Judy for help – but can they find a way to expose Urko’s scheme without endangering themselves?
