The Goodies

When Graeme shows Tim his new bit of tottie, Bill is outraged at their sexist treatment of the girl, and he reports them to the Women's Liberation Front; they send round an inspector, an aggressive woman named Barbara, who liberates the blonde bimbo and then sends Graeme and Tim to work for her father, the perfect example of an upper-class male chauvinist. As the butler, Graeme immediately hits it off with Lord Charles, who allows him to put his feet up and share a drink; but for Tim, in the role of the new maid, ‘Timbolina’, life isn’t so easy: he is put to work doing all the chores, while being humiliated by Graeme and ‘her’ master. Finally seeing the validity of women’s rights, Tim resigns, but when he returns with Graeme to Goodies headquarters he finds Bill all loved-up with his new girlfriend, Barbara. After Bill accepts Barbara’s proposal of marriage in a display of role-reversal, Graeme gives his computer a female voice-box, falls in love with the machine and decides to marry it. Planning a double wedding, Bill and Graeme throw Tim out of their headquarters – could this be the end of the Goodies? Not if Tim can help it…
