<BR><BR>When Spectrum sends up a decoy satellite, the destruction of the device by the Mysterons allows another, hidden satellite to land on the surface on the Martian moon of Phobos. Captain Scarlet, Captain Blue and three astronomers at the K14 Observatory in the Himalayas eagerly await the close up pictures of Mars that the device will transmit back to Earth, but the project is sabotaged when one of the astronomers is killed and retrometabolised into becoming a Mysteron agent...
