Colonel White sends Captain Scarlet, Captain Blue and Lieutenant Green out to Lunarville 7 to investigate reports of an unauthorised complex under construction in the Humboldt Sea, but when the trio arrive they are shocked to discover that the base is in fact a new Mysteron city...
