<I>"Within the next four hours we will destroy key links in your Frost Line Outer Space defence system."</I>
<BR><BR>While en route to Red Deer Base, a military installation located in the snowy wastes of Northern Canada, a maintenance truck driver named Eddie is killed and then Mysteronised. Meanwhile, the Frost Line commander, General Ward, promises massive retaliation against the Mysterons if any of his installations are attacked; Colonel White is concerned about the consequences of a strike against Mars, and so sends Captain Scarlet and Lieutenant Green to the base. But when Captain Scarlet and Lieutenant Green arrive they discover that there have been a number of inexplicable deaths of personnel; the radiation and toxicity levels read negative and there appears to be no reason for the deaths...
