Buffy

Angel is still stalking Buffy and her friends, watching them while they hang out at ‘The Bronze’, and even coming into Buffy's bedroom while she sleeps. When she wakes the next morning, Buffy finds lying next to her bed is a drawing of herself, asleep. Worried that Angel has been so close to her without her knowledge, Buffy asks Giles if there is any way to reverse the invitation that allows a vampire to enter a residence. When Ms. Calendar is running late for her computer class she asks Willow to cover for her; Willow agrees, just as Buffy and Giles show up, exhibiting the same coldness to Ms. Calendar that they have for several weeks, ever since they discovered that she knew of the curse on Angelus. Ms. Calendar admits that she is in love with Giles. Worried about Angel’s stalking, Buffy gives her mother a ‘sanitised’ version of her problem with him. Later that night, while on the phone with Buffy, Willow finds an envelope containing all her fish - which are now dead; terrified, she spends the night at Buffy's. Determined to make amends with Buffy, and especially Giles, Ms. Calendar visits a magic shop and acquires an Orb of Thesulah, part of the spell that will give Angel his soul back. The next evening, Angel stops by Buffy's house and tells Joyce just how far his and Buffy's relationship had got, but he is unable to enter as Willow and Buffy have performed an ‘un-invite’ spell on the house. Working late at the school, Ms. Calendar finishes translating the spell that will restore Angel's soul; but just as she prints it out and saves it on a floppy-disc, he arrives. Having discovered what Ms. Calendar is planning on doing to him, Angel first destroys the computer, erasing all evidence of the spell, and then kills her. Later that night, Giles returns home and discovers Ms. Calendar’s lifeless body lying on his bed. As the police take the body away, a devastated Giles calls Buffy and Willow, who both break down into tears, while Angel watches them through the window, smiling. Giles visits the vampires’ lair at the disused factory, intending to kill Angelus himself, but he is stopped by Buffy, who cannot bear to lose Giles as well, although she accepts that Angelus must be killed. Back at Ms. Calendar’s classroom, the floppy disc lies unnoticed on the floor…
