Jaime is sent to the remote island of LaFitte, in Louisiana, home of the late Cyrus Carstairs, a scientist who invented a top-secret formula for a new alloy. O.S.I. reports indicate that a member of the Carstairs family is offering to sell the formula to the highest bidder, and so Jaime must impersonate the niece of the Carstairs family in order to investigate.
