Jaime and O.S.I. agent Harry Walker are sent to Africa on a mission to prevent the ruthless dictator Azzar from remaining in power. Azzar plans to rig the so-called free elections in his country so that the results will fall in his favour, and so Jaime must switch the fixed computer element with an impartially-programmed replacement. However, Jaime and Harry are soon taken prisoner by Azzar’s enemies, and when their captors discover the computer chip they are carrying, they conclude that the two agents are in league with the tyrant...
