Battlestar Galactica Cast

While on a scouting mission in deep space, Apollo and Starbuck encounter a small spaceship, which scans indicate contains six humans on board - but only with minimal life support. Despite Apollo’s caution, Starbuck insists that they take the vessel and its contents back to the Galactica for investigation. Once preliminary tests have been completed, Commander Adama leads Apollo, Starbuck, Doctor Wilker and Doctor Salik aboard the ship, where they find two human adults and four children asleep inside hibernation tubes. While Adama decides on a course of action, speculation and rumour runs rife amongst the population of the fleet, and it is not long before Geller of the Council of the Twelve leads a mob of concerned citizens to protest at Adama’s inaction at reviving the sleepers. When both Adama and Doctor Salik refuse to jeopardise the lives of the aliens, the Council has another doctor from the Rising Star carry out the work instead, and the aliens are quickly revived. However, the adults - Michael, and his companion, Sarah - and their children soon display respiratory distress, as the atmosphere on board the Galactica is too dense for them. After learning that Michael and his family are from Terra, an Earth-like planet at war with the evil Eastern Alliance, and that they have escaped from a prison designated Lunar 7, Adama decides to help send them back to their homeworld. In order to prevent Geller’ from finding out, Adama sets a diversionary plan into motion, and then despatches Apollo and Starbuck to accompany the Terrans home. However, as the aliens’ ship speeds away from the Galactica they are tracked by a large Eastern Alliance spaceship – and the ship’s Commandant vows to track them down and capture them at all costs…
