Holy Musical Madness! The medieval lute-playing electronics genius known as the Minstrel alters the computerised stock quotations, sending Gotham City’s stock market into chaos. The musical maniac then transmits an ultimatum on television, demanding $1000 a week from each exchange member or else he will cause the stock market to crash. Later that night, when the Minstrel and his minions, Amanda, Bass and Treble, attempt to change the crooked circuitry, Batman and Robin burst in and try to stop him, but are stopped by one of the electronic expert’s devious devices. The Dynamic Duo attempt to locate the Minstrel’s hideout by using the Batdrone Plane to trace his television signal, but the Minstrel is one step ahead of them, and is now broadcasting from a different studio at the Willow Street Warehouse…
