While on route, Liberator encounter an alien projectile, which the crew brings aboard for salvage. Inside, three alien beings are discovered, held in suspended animation: one is dead, but the remaining two are still alive. The decision is made to thaw them out. Meanwhile, when Blake, Avon and Vila teleport to the surface of Saurian Major, Blake meets Cally, a telepathic resistance fighter from the planet Auron. Aboard Liberator, the revived aliens attack Jenna and Gan, and Jenna learns that her fellow resistance fighter has a limiter implanted in his brain, preventing him from killing anyone. Blake, Avon and Vila place explosive charges and blow up the communications centre, and recruit Cally to their cause. Returning to the Liberator, they are just in time to prevent the aliens from killing Jenna and Gan. Zen deciphers the projectile s records, which state that the craft contained the genetic banks of an invading force.

Gareth Thomas (Blake), Sally Knyvette (Jenna), Michael Keating (Vila), Paul Darrow (Avon), David Jackson (Gan</B), Peter Tuddenham (Zen), Jan Chappell (Cally), Tony Smart, Mark McBride, Frank Henson (Aliens)

Directed by Pennant Roberts
Produced by David Maloney

TX:
23rd January, 1978 @ 7.15 pm - 8.10 pm

Notes:
*Featuring Roj Blake, Kerr Avon, Jenna Stannis, Vila Restal, Olag Gan and Zen, and introducing Cally
