They discover that the pilot has been murdered, and that the Ortega is delivering a vital neurotope to the planet Destiny in order to halt a deadly crop disease. However, for some reason the murderer did not steal the neurotope itself& Blake offers to deliver the vital cargo using Liberator s advantage of high velocity, leaving Avon and Jenna on board the Ortega to carry out repairs while the ship heads for Destiny at a slower rate. However, while en route to Destiny, a Blake finds that the container holding the neurotope is empty - it is still aboard the Ortega. Aboard the other vessel, Avon solves the mystery of the murder, and realises that the killer s accomplices are about to attack. Blake arrives in the Liberator and teleports everyone to safety, but the murderer removes her teleport bracelet and stays aboard the Ortega; but Blake has rigged the entry hatch with explosives, and the killer and her compatriots are destroyed in the resulting explosion.

Gareth Thomas (Blake), Sally Knyvette (Jenna), Michael Keating (Vila), Paul Darrow (Avon), David Jackson (Gan</B), Peter Tuddenham (Zen), Jan Chappell (Cally), Jacqueline Pearce (Servalan), Stephen Greif (Travis), Barry Jackson (Kendall), Beth Morris (Sara), Stephen Tate (Mandrian), Nigel Humphreys (Sonheim), Carl Forgione (Grovane), John Leeson (Pasco), Kate Coleridge (Levett), Brian Capron (Rafford), Stuart Fell (Dortmunn)

Directed by Pennant Roberts
Produced by David Maloney

TX:
13th February, 1978 @ 7.15 pm - 8.10 pm

Notes:
*Featuring Roj Blake, Kerr Avon, Jenna Stannis, Vila Restal, Olag Gan, Cally and Zen
