But when an attempt is made on the delegate s life, Steed is called in to investigate. After Steed travels to Africa, he discovers that Jacquetta Brown, Sir Wilberforce s assistant, is a member of an opposing group, but he is then captured. Steed escapes, and manages to warn Doctor Keel, who is an old friend of Lungi.
