A thief breaks into a top-secret facility known as the Nutshell, a thermonuclear Underground Target Zone Shelter, and steals BIG BEN (Bilateral Infiltration of Great Britain, Europe and North America), a secret microfilm containing information on all the British and American agents working undercover on the other side. Steed and Mrs. Gale are called in to uncover a traitor, but as the investigation proceeds, it becomes apparent that Steed was involved in the break-in, and he is arrested for treason…
