Steed is assigned to protect him, as there has already one attempt on the King's life aboard his plane bound for London. Meanwhile, Major Harrington, a paid assassin rents the flat across from the hotel where the King is staying. Steed double-checks the area, but the landlady tells him nothing as her husband is under threat of death. A low-flying helicopter distracts the king s attention, Steed immediately suspects foul play; he hurls himself at Tenuphon, and the Major instead kills Prince Serrakit, the king s advisor. Tenuphon s bodyguard Tuke is then able to shoot the Major.

Ian Hendry (Doctor David Keel), Patrick Macnee (John Steed), Burt Kwouk (King Tenuphon), James Goei (Prince Serrakit), Patrick Allen (General Tuke), Lisa Peake (Mei Li), Peter Barkworth (Crichton-Bull), Ingrid Hafner (Carol Wilson), Moira Redmond (Zoe Carter), Ian Colin (Major Harrington), Carole Shelley (Ingrid Storm), Andy Ho (U Meng), Eric Young (Suchong)

Directed by Roger Jenkins
Produced by Leonard White

TX:
UK: 2nd September, 1961

Notes:
*Featuring Doctor David Keel and John Steed

*This episode no longer exists
