A sixty-year-old general is killed while driving a motorbike and playing chicken with a lorry. When several other high-ranking army types turn into teenage daredevils, Steed and Mrs. Peel investigates lead them to a strange secret society of thrill-seekers who are addicted to risking their lives, and who plan to launch a suicidal attack on the Tower of London in order to steal the crown jewels...
